Be part of Minnesota’s Coolest Celebration! Volunteers make the magic of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival possible — from helping with activities to spreading joy throughout our festival. We’re so grateful for your time, energy, and community spirit!

📍 Check-In Locations:
Landmark Center / Rice Park Volunteers:
75 W. 5th Street - St. Paul, MN 55102
Please check-in at ROOM 429.
State Fairgrounds Volunteers:
1265 Snelling Ave. N. - St. Paul, MN 55108
Please check in at the North End Event Center of the Fairgrounds.
Union Depot Volunteers:
214 4th Street E. - St. Paul, MN 55101
Please use entrance off of 4th Street and check in at the registration table.
Other Event Locations:
Any events that are located somewhere other than Landmark Center, Union Depot, or State Fairgrounds will be noted under the available shift(s) for that event. Be sure to check each shift carefully for location details!
All Volunteers will Receive:
Parking/Event Information for Landmark Center Events:
Parking is provided in the Treasure Island Center Ramp (near Tria Rink on Wabasha Ave). Walk 1.5 blocks to Landmark Center, check in at Room 429, and let staff know you parked there to receive your FREE voucher pass. Because we cover this cost, please request your voucher- we cannot assume you parked there otherwise. Parking elsewhere is at your own expense.
Parking/Event Information for Union Depot Events:
A limited number of parking validation vouchers are available upon request. Please try to carpool if possible.
